| Our Yorkies are part of our family. They do not live in kennels, and are carefully selected to produce the best possible puppy. The teenie tiny are cute, but remember they are very delicate and are not suitable for families with small children. They are also very needy and need companionship, so if you work many hours, this breed may not be for you. All our puppies are raised indoors and monitored daily to ensure the puppies are growing properly. Normally we do not release our yorkies before 10 weeks of age and may possibly be kept until 13 weeks, depending on the size. They are also seen by our veterinarian Dr. Lohr, at Nile Point Veterinary Hospital, before they released to their new homes. All puppies have their tails docked, dewclaws removed, by our vet, come with written 1 year genetic health guarantee, vet health certificate, AKC paperwork, current on vaccinations and dewormings, puppy package and professionally groomed. If you are interested in one of our puppies, we do require a $100.00 NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. We will only hold the puppy for 72 hours, puppies will only be marked as sold when the deposit is received. If deposit is not received within this time frame, the puppy will be marked available. We do accept, personal checks, money orders, cash or paypal for deposits only. The remaining balance is payable by cash or bank check only. Due to their size, we do not ship our yorkies. We show our puppies at 5 weeks of age and up, but will gladly send pictures. Please feel free to ask for our references. |

| I bought the most beautiful yorkie puppy from Lisa this fall. Lisa was awesome through the whole experience. She welcomed both me and my children into her home several times to let us get acquainted with our new baby. She took several phone calls from me and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. I was so pleased with Lisa's set up. All of her dogs are treated like pets and have the run of the place. Never once did I see one of her animals being treated like a commodity and that was huge to me. Her animals are comfortable in a family like setting and this made the transition to our home very easy. Being a small puppy, she wasn't afraid of noises like the vacuum or my kids; she was very well adjusted. Lisa even took the time to hold our puppy in a blanket we brought so she could get used to the smell of our house, and would send pictures almost weekly as she grew. When we finally got to bring Ava (our puppy) home, Lisa had the most professional package waiting for us. It had her vet records of the shots she had received up until that point, she set home food (dry and wet), toys and even some barrettes for our babies hair. Lisa made follow up calls for the next couple of weeks and would always take my calls. I took Ava to my local vet to finish her shots and get her checked out. My vet and the whole office raved about how perfect my puppy was. Dr. Lucy commended Lisa for her obvious responsible breeding practices and was so pleased with Ava's condition. This is the second yorkie I have owned and when we decide it is time for another I will go right back to Lisa. | After searching quite a long time for a quality healthy yorkie, I learned of Lisa through an acquaintance who had purchased puppies from her before and spoke very highly of her. Lisa sold me a puppy from her first litter of yorkies and I was truly impressed with everything about Lisa, her home, her kennels and her professionalism. My husband and I visited several times before bringing home our puppy (Bailey). The grounds were clean and well kept, the puppies and all the dogs were happy and well fed. Just weeks ago I purchashed my first yorkie puppy from Ms.Lisa and she has been a great help to me in gathering all the neccessary information I need to raise my new yorkie baby "Sunny". Sunny is a healthy, happy, and energetic pup. After just a few days he has been trained to use puppy pads. I did not find this surprising because from my knowledge, Lisa introduced the entire litter to the puppy pads right away so in a way half of the work was already done.
